The Brief

Settle South is a Canadian-founded relocation company that manages every stage of a cross-border move — from home search and real estate through design, logistics, customs clearance, and settling in on the other side. Their clients are dual-income families, executives, snowbirds turning permanent, and retirees who have decided Canada-to-US is the next chapter. These are not people who need to be sold on moving; they have already decided. They need to be sold on trusting a single team with the whole thing.

The brief was clarity: make the five-phase process legible at a glance, signal the white-glove tier of service without sounding corporate, and get a highly considered prospect from curiosity to questionnaire submission in as few steps as possible. Settle South's five-phase process — Discovery, Home Search, Design & Renovate, Pack & Move, Settle In — needed to be presented in a way that felt inevitable rather than overwhelming. We structured the service page so each phase flows directly into the next, with a tight description of what the team handles and what the client doesn't have to think about.
