Privé Yachts
Managed hosting and a custom lead management backend for a luxury charter fleet in Turks & Caicos.
Bryka runs the hosting — fast, secure, and tuned for booking season — and built the custom lead management system that routes every enquiry from the public forms into a pipeline the sales team can actually work.
The Brief
PRIVÉ Fine Ocean Charters operates a fleet of luxury motor yachts out of Blue Haven Marina in Providenciales, Turks & Caicos. Day cruising, sport fishing, diving, snorkeling, seabobs, private excursions — every booking is a high-value transaction that starts with a web enquiry. The operational layer behind the public site was the problem: enquiries came in through three different form channels, landed in email, and too often stalled before a charter specialist could respond.
Bryka was engaged to own the backend. We deployed a custom lead management system that captures every form submission into a structured pipeline, normalises the data across form types, and hands the sales team a single queue to work. We also took over the hosting — updates, backups, security hardening, and performance — so the site stays fast during booking season and the team isn't paged on a Sunday when a patch breaks a plugin.
What we run for them
- Managed WordPress hosting with edge caching & CDN
- Custom lead management system — unified inbox across three enquiry form types
- Automated sales routing based on form type (Check Availability · General · Careers)
- WordPress core, theme & plugin update management
- Off-site backups with point-in-time restore
- Security hardening, malware monitoring, brute-force protection
- Uptime monitoring & performance tuning through booking season

Every Enquiry In One Pipeline
The public Privé site exposes three enquiry surfaces: Check Availability for specific charter requests, General Inquiry for open-ended questions, and Career Opportunities for crew applications. Before we came in, each one routed differently and none of them gave the sales team a view of the full funnel. Our lead management system sits behind all three — captures every submission server-side before it leaves the WordPress stack, normalises the fields into a single schema, tags the source, and writes the lead into a queue with a status machine. A specialist opens one dashboard, works the list, and nothing falls through email.
Hosting Built For Booking Season
Yacht charters have seasonality. Traffic spikes when Condé Nast runs a Turks & Caicos piece, when a weather system closes a competitor marina, when the Blue Haven listing hits the top of a search result. A site that grinds to a halt during those windows is a lost booking. We moved Privé onto managed hosting tuned for the workload: edge caching, a CDN in front of every asset, database tuning on the backend, and a monitoring setup that tells us about a slowdown before the client does. Core and plugin updates run on a schedule against a staging copy, so a bad patch never hits production.
Got a site you like — but ops you don't?
We take over managed hosting and backend systems for WordPress sites with good design and bad infrastructure. If your enquiries are stuck in email and your hosting can't survive a traffic spike, let's talk.
