The Brief
Bryka Helps is Bryka's own client support and website maintenance platform — the internal tool we built to solve a problem we lived every day. Small business owners need their websites updated constantly: a new offer, a changed photo, a revised service page, a contact form that stopped working. But the traditional agency model — book a call, scope the work, wait for a quote, wait for a slot — is friction-heavy for small changes that just need to get done.
We designed and built brykahelps.com as a custom WordPress portal to strip out every unnecessary step. A client submits a request by marking up their own page — no brief-writing, no jargon — gets a quote within hours, approves it, and receives the delivered change. The platform also acts as the public-facing home for Bryka's full service menu, from one-off edits to long-term maintenance retainers, and the knowledge base our team uses to keep work consistent.

A Request Flow That Respects Everyone's Time
The fastest way to kill a client relationship is to make a simple change feel complicated. We built the Bryka Helps submission flow around the opposite principle: a client should be able to describe a change in the same amount of time it would take to send a WhatsApp message. The on-page markup tool means they point at exactly what needs changing, not write around it. On our side, every submission arrives structured — URL, visual reference, change description — so the first question we'd otherwise have to ask is already answered. Quotes go back within hours. Work gets done. Nobody holds a kickoff call for a button colour fix.




The Knowledge Base That Keeps Standards High
Every Bryka Helps engagement is repeatable because the knowledge base makes it so. Style guides, component standards, approved fonts, image sizing rules, plugin version policies — all of it lives in a searchable, categorised internal library that every team member references before touching a client site. This is the unsexy infrastructure that keeps a small team delivering consistent work at volume, and it's the same resource we point new clients to when they want to understand how we handle their stack. Quality assurance shouldn't depend on whoever is in the office that day.
Admin Visibility From First Request To Final Delivery
Running a service business without a clear view of what's in progress is how work falls through the cracks. The Bryka Helps admin layer gives the team a live dashboard of every active request: status, client, site, assigned team member, and delivery timeline. Requests that have been quoted but not approved are visible. Jobs in progress are flagged. Completed work is logged with a record of what changed and when. For a studio that touches dozens of client sites at once, that visibility isn't a nice-to-have — it's how we avoid the apologetic email that starts with "sorry for the delay."
